Curt Onalfo will become D.C. United’s sixth head coach when he is announced at a press conference on January 5th.

Tom Soehn decided not to return for a fourth year as D.C. United head coach. Soehn had a record of 36-30-24 in MLS play during his tenure but his team failed to make the playoffs for a second consecutive season last week.
