How the USL/NASL feud will shake out

I'll admit to not knowing a lot about this, but stay tuned as I learn more. My initial thought, generally speaking, is that the feud between the United Soccer Leagues and the new North American Soccer League is not good for soccer in the U.S.

Does the pecking order go like this now?
MLS
NASL
USL2
Premier Development League
College

    Looking forward to what you find out. How does the bickering really affect MLS though? especially now that the league has several new franchises making their way into the fold?
